My wellness practice changes daily but what remains consistent is meditation, time outdoors, mindful movement, and nourishing conversations with friends

Luckily I get to move for a living. In addition to guiding Kunye, I am a mindful movement practitioner and teach yoga and clinical pilates.

Whatever yummy seasonal root veg I find at the market. I'm on a spaghetti squash kick at the moment.
