We were honoured to have the opportunity to meet, Jannika Rask, an international mindset and confidence coach, certified in integrative nutrition. Her realm of practice is in mentoring women with limiting beliefs and anxiety to ultimately guide her clients to find self-love, self-acceptance, and self-confidence to reveal the most authentic, clear, confident, and healthy version of themselves. Her approach is holistic and covers what she calls the five main pillars: mindset, movement, self-care, gut health and nutrition, and a nourishing environment.
Her kind heart and beautiful, yet intentional approach to self-care and success has us swooning over all that is Neue Reveal. Which is why we wanted summarize our learnings from Jannika's takeover with Junsei:
