Are the products you carry natural?
We are committed to offering the most natural products. We believe that what you put on your skin should be held to the same standard as the foods you consume. We are proud to say that each of our partnering brands are tremendously passionate about their carefully crafted products and have worked hard to ensure that the ingredients they use are not only plant-based but ethically and sustainbly sourced. We know you'll love them just as much as we do.
Are the products you carry organic?
Sadly, the term organic is not as black and white as we would hope for. We strive to stock organic but even sometimes it's difficult for the most natural, high quality brands to meet an 100% organic standard. What we honour is transparency, which is why we partner with companies that are doing their best to offer premium products while remaining open to discussions on the finer details of their production and sourcing.
What is the shelf life of your products?
The shelf life varies by product but generally our products stay fresh for 12 – 18 months after opening. All the products we carry are made with natural ingredients so they will react to extreme heat or cold. Store you products at room temperature and out of direct sunlight to maximize product life and efficacy.
